Please complete the below registration form for your company (if you meet our criteria, we will provide an Agent ID which gives you or your clients discounted rates and benefits for all business or leisure bookings). Feel free to share your Agent ID with your colleagues.

  • Booking are subject to terms and conditions as per your email booking confirmation.
  • All rates on our website are NETT (non-commissionable).

Terms and Conditions

  1. Room Rates are non-commissionable.
  2. All Bookings must be prepaid at the time of booking.
  3. Flexible Cancellation Policy for FIT bookings.
  4. Cancellations, No Shows or Early Departures will incur One Night Fee.                                                                                    
  5. This agreement is also available for Group Bookings. Note: NO FOC available and Group Cancellation policy applies to 5+ rooms confirmed.
  6. Once you place a booking on that date, then you are locked in for the dates & rates at that point of reservation, irrespective if the dates booked, rates on the websites fluctuate.                                     
  7. All rates for Australian Properties are quoted in Australian dollars, nett and non-commissionable. GST Inclusive.
  8. Special requests will be considered for all bookings but cannot be guaranteed.
  9. All Guests will have to present a current photo ID at check in.
  10. Only on Public Holidays, Housekeeping Super Light Service Applies.  Letter will be sent to the guest the night before explaining the guest to call reception no later than 10am the next day to advise if they desire to have Super Light Service (Make up the bed, empty rubbish bins, clean and wipe toilet/bathroom and replace amenities as well clean.  If guest does not call within time frame, the room will not be serviced, and guest can collect towels and amenities from reception.
